Don Desmond - guitar & vocals
Though some have mistaken him for Frank Zappa's identical twin, Don Desmond
possesses an identity very much his own. A guitarist with verve, excitement
and an obvious love of performing, Don lets the audience join in the
exuberance he feels on the stage.  Whether subtly gracing a gentle ballad or
tearing through a Stevie Ray Vaughn barnburner, he plays as if his life
depended on it.

Born in Omaha and raised in Kansas City, Don says he's performed in 46 of the
50 states, citing his favorite gig so far as "The 54th Street Club downstairs
in downtown New York City...it was so cheesy!"

Don has worked with acts as diverse as The Ink Spots, Black Oak Arkansas, as
well as an unforgettable female Elvis impersonator. He counts among his
heroes Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Al DiMeola and Joe Pass.
